Library is part of the Potter-Tioga Library System. It is the
largest system in Pennsylvania. We consist of eleven member

The library not only has books...we have movies, magazines , local newspapers, we make copies (colored and black / white), we fax items and receive faxes. You can also print material from the computers.
We're not just books anymore!! CHECK US OUT!
Want to make a donation or a memorial in someone's honor?
At the Oswayo Valley Memorial Library we have many different options.
You can purchase a book, furniture, magazine subscription or just donate to our general fund for programming etc.
We also have a TREE OF GIVING that for a set amount you can have a leaf placed on our tree in memory of a loved one.
